One lazy Sunday, Matt and I wanted a quick and warm lunch. We looked at what we had on hand and with some leftover ingredients we were able to pull these together. I prefer these to the quick English muffin pizzas as the tortillas get nice and crispy. It helps when you already have a nice pizza sauce on hand!
- Pizza Sauce
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Toppings: Matt had pepperoni on his and I had some torn up ham on mine
Preheat the oven to 375F. Spread a thin layer on each tortilla (our tortillas were small taco sized so we had 2 apiece). Sprinkle some mozzarella and add your toppings of choice then bake. Ours took about 8 minutes.
